• Elizabethtown High School was included as part of the U. S. News Media Group's list of America's Best High Schools for 2010
• Elizabethtown High School ranked 16th out of 230 Kentucky high schools on the 2011 Kentucky tests
• EHS ranked 16th out of 230 Kentucky high schools on the 2011 ACT results with a composite score of 20.9 for all 11th grade students and a 21.0 for graduating seniors.
